How does the Beech Club work?

Sensible operating rules…

Should you take the opportunity to join The Beech Club, you will be protected by a clear definition of the terms and conditions when you fly. Simply put, when you fly one of the aircraft you have a sensible level of responsibility. You will be responsible for all operational costs such as fuel, landing fees, Eurocontrol, parking, hangarage and associated costs. You will pay for accidental cosmetic damage beyond fair wear and tear.

Should you have a more serious, survivable accident, you will cover the excess on the insurance and any loss of no claims. Should the aircraft develop a ‘normal operational’ technical problem whilst you are away, you will be expected to stay with the aircraft and have the problem rectified after gaining authorisation from The Beech Club.

The direct rectification costs for all authorised rectifications will be reimbursed in full. More serious problems, involving lengthy downtimes, will not require you to stay, but any home transport costs will be your responsibility.

There are no onerous rules. All unforeseen situations that may arise and that are not covered in the ‘rule book’ will be dealt with in a fair and proper manner.
